This salmon recipe is easy to make and works equally well with both fillets and steaks. Makes for a perfect FDN easter meal.

Cooking & Prep time: 15 minutes *

Serves: 4

4 (150g) pieces of fresh salmon
2 tbls oyster sauce
2 tbls teriyaki sauce
2 tbls honey
1 clove fresh garlic, minced
½ tspn minced fresh ginger
fresh cracked pepper to serve

Step 1: Preheat oven to 200°C / 394°F. Spray a non-stick sheet pan with oil and place the salmon on the sheet pan.

Step 2: In a small bowl, combine the oyster sauce, teriyaki sauce, honey, garlic and ginger.

Step 3: Glaze the salmon with one half of the glaze mixture and place into preheated oven for approx. 10-12 minutes. *Note: Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the pieces of salmon.

Step 4: Plate up with your selection of freshly steamed vegetables or your favourite stir- fry vegetable mix.
