What you need:
- 2 tbls black chia seeds
- 750g butternut pumpkin, cooked & mashed
- 1 tbls mild curry powder
- ¼ cup of fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 4 x (400g) cans of brown lentils, drained, washed
- 3 x (400g) cans of chickpeas, drained, washed
- 1 x (400g) can of corn kernels, drained
- 2 large carrots, finely diced
- 3 spring onions, finely chopped
- 2 tsp's sesame seeds
- 3-4 tbls gluten-free / corn flour
- rock salt & freshly cracked pepper
- canola cooking oil spray
