It’s no secret that I love my Sunday cookups!
This week for my Sunday cookup, I'm using three of my favourite dishes. In the video above I take you through how to make each while sharing my tips and insights on how to make your cookup’s easy, delicious and enjoyable. This week I'm cooking...
- Paul's Pork Passata
2. Slow Cooked Chili Beef
3. Chicken & Apricot Tagine
This recipe is from my Terrific Tantalizing Tagines Chapter, a feature of my New Transformation Cookbook
I did make a few adjustments to some of the original recipes based on what I had in the kitchen, but if you follow the procedures, the end result will still be magnificent.
That's one of the great aspects with any of the recipes I share, they can easily be tailored to suit individual tastes.
With my Sunday cookups I’m usually done in 30-40 minutes but, don’t worry if your cookups take you a little longer when you start. They more often you do them the faster you get and will become second nature to your weekly routine.
Doing a weekly cookup makes me feel SO incredibly accomplished. Having all our family meals prepped/cooked at the start of the week, a well-stocked fridge and freezer not only makes for a happy, well organised household, it avoids any excuses of missing a meal, it saves time, saves money and best of all it ensures we both stay on track with our goals.
Now go and Cook Up a Storm Team!
